Job Description
This role involves:
- Leading and supporting early childhood educators to meet high-quality educational practices.
- Being a key member of the management team to implement organisational strategies.
- Ensuring services meet compliance with relevant regulations and standards in early childhood education.
- Communicating and connecting with families to access high- quality care and education
- Effective partnerships working alongside other key stakeholders
Desired Skills and Experience
Qualifications:
- Diploma OF Early Childhood Education and Care; or
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualifications.
