We are seeking a dedicated Family Support Worker to join our team.
This role involves providing essential support to families, assisting them in transitioning their children to school, and reducing barriers to access and participation in education.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide additional support to families navigating educational transitions.
- Collaborate with kindergartens and schools to develop individual goals and outcomes.
- Identify and connect families with appropriate support services.
- Work alongside community partners to facilitate effective service delivery
This role is part of School Readiness Funding
Desired Skills and Experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as social work, community services or psychology and are required to work within the VEYLDF.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with families, educational institutions, and community partners.
